Harold Suire
Executive Vice President of Education

Harold Suire is also Executive Vice-President of Education and Training for STEP, LLC (Student/Teacher Emergenetics Program) located in Centennial, Colorado. Harold has responsibility for marketing and implementing STEP in schools throughout the United States. Harold is a Master Emergenetics Associate.

Harold has a master’s degree and was honored as the outstanding alumni of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. Suire is a former teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, university instructor and supervisor of student teachers. Harold served as a citizen member of Southern Growth Policies Board in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with governors from the southeast United States.

Additionally, Harold Suire is President and CEO of Education, Research and Information Services, Inc., a private company located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, local, state and national non-profit organizations, and small business throughout the U.S, Europe and most recently in South Africa. Harold has founded and assisted leadership civic and professional leadership programs in many states. He facilitated the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) since its founding and also facilitates the Louisiana Judicial Leadership Institute for the Supreme Court. He has been a consultant, teacher and speaker in the US and abroad. Harold has recently been the lead trainer for the American Association of Community Colleges Nation Leadership Institute. His clients include universities, and community colleges throughout the US. Higher education clients include UA-Birmingham Medical School, University of Colorado, DePaul in Chicago, USC Keck Medical School in Los Angeles, Xavier and Tulane and school districts throughout the US. Harold also manages leadership and planning projects for associations and systems including U.S. Court of Appeals, Supreme Courts in southeast U.S., CPA associations, bar associations and the National Council of State Legislators, the National League of Cities and National Association of Realtors.

Harold received the National Distinguished Leadership Award and was a Volunteer Activist of the Year in Baton Rouge. Suire and his wife, Lynne, are proud parents of three and grandparents of Patrick, William and Allison Riley, and Caroline and Charlotte Suire.
