The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Denver office through customer service, operations support, office administrative functions, and executive assistance. The Operations Coordinator will work both independently, managing varying office tasks, while working closely with the executive team and staff members to schedule and manage meetings and internal events as well as coordinating client workshops with the Business Development and Operations departments. In this role you will be responsible for balancing multiple priorities each day while working in a consistent routine to service the office. To be successful in this position you must be task and deadline oriented, have excellent time management, and be able to handle competing priorities by flexing your schedule as needs arise in the office. You must also be able to take a systematic approach to maintaining the office’s appearance, events, and overall customer service.
