Client Experience Coordinator
Emergenetics International

The Client Experience Coordinator role is ideally suited for an individual who enjoys planning events, managing logistics as well as collaborating with colleagues and clients. They will be responsible for coordinating professional training programs including client workshops and Emergenetics certification classes. The Client Experience Coordinator will be expected to conduct themselves professionally and build productive working relationships to enable the successful delivery of our training and development programs. They will work across the organization to develop efficient processes in gathering, producing and distribution of materials. The role also involves the coordination of the company’s certification classes, which occur four times a year.


  • Efficiently manage numerous client workshops simultaneously including preparing required materials, tracking participant activities and coordinating with teammates to ensure successful delivery of Emergenetics programming
  • Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery and superior client experience
  • Learn to expertly navigate our proprietary online portal to set up and track training programs
  • Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and share client information
  • Serve as company lead for the Cvent portal to support registration and attendee communication for Emergenetics Certification classes
  • Responsible for the coordination of all logistics for Emergenetics Certification classes including venue, food and beverage, social events and facilitator support, as needed
  • Provides excellent client service via phone, e-mail and in person interactions

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Previous experience with managing learning programs, events or coordinating logistics

IT Generalist

Emergenetics International is looking for an IT Generalist who will fill the role of helpdesk and application support. The IT Generalist is a service-oriented role whose primary duties are to support the day-to-day activities of internal and external users of our developed software. The IT Generalist responds to requests from internal users about technology issues and applies knowledge and expertise to resolve challenges or respond to inquiries.

A successful candidate will have help desk experience and be comfortable working independently as the IT team is small. The candidate will be well-versed in Windows operating systems with hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user technology issues.


  • Provide support for office information technology issues and problems
  • Help by phone, email, in-person and using a ticket management system
  • Track issues and update an internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details
  • Track user account creation, changes and deletions
  • Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones, printers and purchased applications
  • Monitor, resolve and escalate alerts from monitoring/antivirus systems
  • Monitor backup system alerts and escalate errors
  • Maintain MS Office 365 user accounts including rights, permissions and systems groups
  • Quickly and accurately triage issues to determine incident scope and impact
  • Follow up on tickets at pre-defined intervals until resolved
  • Help write training manuals and train users
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Provide support for Emergenetics+ our developed system supporting users worldwide

  • Ability to easily work and communicate with others

Director, Quality
STEP (Student/Teacher Emergenetics Program), LLC

The STEP Director, Quality will work as part of the Learning & Development team, collaborating to support the delivery of Emergenetics and STEP programming. The STEP Director, Quality will be responsible for ensuring all active STEP Associates, Teacher Facilitators and Administrator Facilitators deliver the highest quality experience. In addition to leading quality assurance, they will be an Emergenetics subject matter expert and facilitate workshops on the organization’s behalf.


  • Assess current trends and client needs for learning and development training
  • Develop content for training programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals and educational market needs
  • Update existing workshops and programs to ensure that they are current
  • Devise procedures and processes to inspect, manage and report quality opportunities
  • Monitor operations that impact training quality
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of experience by checking processes and final outputs of STEP Associates and Facilitators
  • Review client feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and facilitate proactive resolution of quality issues by collecting, analyzing and acting on quality data
  • Update standards and policies to ensure a consistent experience
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to support the continued growth of STEP Associates, Facilitators and clients
  • Support internal staff with questions by serving as a subject matter expert in Emergenetics or STEP
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in schools, leadership experience preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of both adult and student learning theory
  • Comprehensive understanding of pedagogical procedures
  • Certified STEP Associate and STEP Facilitator
  • Capability to match rapport with clients
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong problem solver
  • Outstanding communication, public speaking and presentation skills
