Yati started out by getting the members in her department to do up their Emergenetics Profiles. Through this, everyone was aware of their own preferences and those of others.
Learning about their profiles, Yati understood why certain colleagues prefer to communicate using a different mode like emailing as opposed to speaking directly with her.
It is just matter of a personal preference and this has helped to improve her relationship with them. It is a learning process and she believes that it will only continue to improve over time.
