Living Emergenetics through Blue, Yellow, Red, Green Meetings!

Geil shares with us how Emergenetics is lived in the office, especially in her own office in Denver, Colorado. They often have meetings to fit every thinking attribute in the Emergenetics model: a Yellow meeting at the beginning of the year to strategise on a vision for the company to work towards; a Blue meeting in mid-year to measure how far they have achieved their goals; a weekly Green meeting to update everyone what they are working on as well as a monthly Red meeting where everyone comes together to bond as a team.

This model has worked well for the company and it was interesting to see everyone’s behaviours come to live in their daily interactions. This makes their work more meaningful and their workplace a healthy one to be in.
