Whether you choose to share your Emergenetics story through video or in writing, here are some guidelines to take note of so we can share the best of your story.

  • Share YOUR story. Not someone else’s story. Not a story you heard. We want to hear first-hand from you on how the Emergenetics profile has changed you, or the way you interact with someone else.
  • Tell us the issue/challenge you faced at work or at home. Describe it briefly.
  • Introduce yourself through the Emergenetics profile. Share with us how understanding yourself and/or others through the Emergenetics profile helped you overcome the issue/challenge. (Don’t forget to describe behavioral attributes!)
  • Share the approach you took (if any) that made the issue/challenge easier to overcome.

Sharing My Emergenetics Story in writing

If you are choosing to submit your story in writing, please take note of the following:

  • Keep your story to within 400 words
  • Take a picture of yourself with your profile
  • If you are mentioning someone else’s profile and name, please seek the approval of that person. Otherwise, refer to that person generically.




Sharing My Emergenetics Story in a video recording

If you are choosing to submit your story in a self-recorded video, please take note of the following:

  • Keep your video to no more than 2 minutes.
  • Ensure that the sound quality and visuals of the recording are clear, and that the backgrounds of the video do not show any commercial or offensive visuals.
  • Ensure the video is formatted in MP4.
  • If you are mentioning someone else’s profile and name, please seek the approval of that person. Otherwise, refer to that person generically.
