In Allan’s Report, we see two red x’s indicating that his answers do not align with the priorities of the position as determined by the organization. Allan has ranked Willingness to Change lower than all other motivators (a 9 out of 9), whereas the organization stated that this was a high priority for the role. Additionally, Allan ranked Compete and Win relatively high (3 out of 9), but the organization stated this was a lower priority. These are two areas that a hiring manager should discuss during a behavioral interview. Allan scored less than the minimum score set for each of the Aptitudes except for Problem Solving/Multitasking and he did not receive a green check mark in job prioritization- both are indicators that this candidate might not be the right fit for the role.
