This is the first in a two-month series of posts on implementing a global employee development program using Emergenetics. Stay tuned for the first video- debuting next week!

This week marks a major point in time for us all as we conclude the 2013 Holiday Season and look forward to 2014, a New Year with new opportunities and new challenges. At Emergenetics International, we are looking forward to kicking off the New Year with a very special and exclusive two-month, in-depth video case study with Western Union.

So what does this mean for you? In business, as in other aspects of life, we learn and grow from the examples set by others. Learning by example offers techniques and perspectives that we can all apply and tailor to our own circumstances.

Over the next two months, the Emergenetics Blog will feature weekly content designed to help you implement a large-scale, global training program based on Western Union’s use of Emergenetics in their Employee Development Program. Stay Tuned for the first video debuting next week, or read the Case Study now.

The program touched all levels of the organization- from Executive level to Senior Vice President to summer interns- and was designed to work seamlessly with Western Union University. It included cutting-edge learning and development techniques including eLearning Modules and custom social media forums all rolled out across the globe.

We sat down with Diane Lujan, the Senior Manager of Global Learning and Development at Western Union for an exclusive interview where she describes the ins and outs of the program and its implementation. Hear directly from the person who implemented some of the most exciting work we have done at Western Union, and experience the endless application of Emergenetics around the world.
