We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the following positions to join our team:

Client Experience Executive

As a Client Experience Executive, you will be part of the Client Experience team, which looks into the successful implementation of training programmes and solutions for our clients.

We are looking for you if you enjoy communicating with clients, helping them on their queries and setting them up for success for their training programmes. You should ideally have a good command of English, both spoken and written, are service-oriented, meticulous, and have a gift for attention to details. You are also IT savvy and have no problems adapting to new IT platforms. You work with speed and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be part of the Client Experience team, which looks into the successful implementation of training programmes and solutions for our clients.

We are looking for you if you are administratively strong, with a penchant for order, accuracy and details. You are service-oriented and do not mind providing client support for enquiries, yet at the same time are able to manage the administrative and logistical demands of the Client Experience team’s training programmes.

You should ideally have a good command of spoken English and are unafraid of IT platforms. You work with speed and enjoy a varied job scope in a fast-paced environment.
