Emergenetics Profile)® Questionnaire.
This questionnaire
was designed to reflect a student’s thinking and behavioral attributes
in order to help develop a more interactive and productive student/teacher
relationship. There are no right or wrong answers, it is not an intelligence
test, and all questionnaire responses are kept confidential.
It will take you
approximately 20 minutes to complete this survey; if it takes you longer,
you are spending too much time on each question. Be certain to fill
in all of the requested information, as each answer is essential
to the scoring.
If you are filling
out this report for a specific school seminar, please enter the control
code number you were given in the space located at the beginning of
the page. Your school will pay for your STEP results, so there is no
need for you to provide credit card information.
If you are an individual
not associated with a school-sponsored seminar, you must click on the
'Credit Card Purchase' icon below to purchase your Individual STEP Profile.
The cost of the report is $69 each. You may access your results on-line
as soon as your questionnaire is completed by providing password information
on the registration page. A copy of the profile and an instruction booklet
will also be sent to you within 5-7 business days.
