As Master Trainer and Executive Director of Emergenetics Asia, Joshua leads strategic initiatives and special projects in the company.

With over 12 years of regional management expertise in Asia, he oversees the growth efforts of the company. He is also responsible for training and train-the-trainer programmes in Asia.

Throughout his career, Joshua is passionate about the education business. He started with a lecturing and music producer position at SAE Institute, arguably the largest private Audio School in the world today. He then co-founded technology aggregator and education company, Intranesis Communications Pte Ltd which grew from a 9-person company to a 100 strong Technology organisation within 3 years after initial rounds of Venture-Capital funding. Moving on, he became Regional Channels Manager at eGain Communications Inc. and then Director (ASEAN) at Ecquaria Technologies Pte Ltd where he managed and led project teams that handled multi-million dollar deals in Asia.

Joshua won numerous awards from Junior Chamber Singapore [ Singapore chapter of Junior Chamber International, affiliated to the Office of the UN Secretary General (Secretariat) with a Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)] including best International Affairs project in 2002 and Best Major Theme Award in 2003. He was also awarded a merit award in the prestigious E-Global Award for Emerging Young Entrepreneur in 2004.

He graduated with a MBA (Marketing) from Leicester University and a BA (Hons) Business Administration (2nd upper) from Bolton Institute (School of Business). He is a certified Emergenetics ® Associate, NBI ® Practitioner by The Thinking Network (Australia), a certified PDS (People Developer Standard) Consultant by SPRING (Singapore), and a member of STCC (Thailand). Furthermore, he is currently serving as Junior Chamber International's Asia Pacific Development Council's Development Officer (Vietnam), and was Director, Business (2003), Director, International Affairs (2002) with City Junior Chamber, Singapore . Joshua is also a founding member of International Association of Coaches (IAC).

As a guest lecturer at Singapore Management University (Creativity Programme) and formerly an Academic Associate with Republic Polytechnic (Problem-Based Learning) in Singapore, his speaking and training engagements have seen him traverse many parts of Asia, speaking at major events and conferences such as: Association of South East Asia Nations Secretariat (eAsean Task Force Secretariat), Asian Development Bank (eGovernment Forum), Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce (ICT Conference), Western Pacific Defense ICT Conference (Manila, Philippines), and Innovators and Entrepreneurs Association (Entrepreneurship series) among others.
