Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Emergenetics International – Asia

As Deputy CEO of Emergenetics International - Asia, Colin works with the CEO in overall strategic planning, business development and growth of the company in Asia-Pacific. Colin also oversees the further training, development and growth of our Associates.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Colin started off doing sales and pre-sales work in the IT industry. He quickly moved on to manage regional sales operations and leading business development initiatives.

Colin has a myriad of experiences in various industries, having started out in sales and account management in the IT sector before joining the National Youth Council as their Youth Development Manager. Most recently, he was with Unicurd Food Company (one of Singapore’s leading tofu manufacturing companies) where he managed the sales team and oversaw the sales operations of the company.

An experienced speaker at several local and international events, Colin has shared his experiences and knowledge at the Singapore Human Resources Institute’s (SHRI) HR Day, Toastmasters Club events, CPA Australia, Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) International Conferences 2010, and at the Faculty of Management Sciences’ (Pune) events.

As a fully certified Emergenetics Associate since 2008, Colin has also used Emergenetics in his other passion – developing the potential of young people. Apart from work, he has been serving his church youth community since 1996 and from 2009, applied Emergenetics to the formation of young people, helping them understand their thinking and behaviour preferences in order for them to excel in an area they would have a natural affinity towards.

He has also received awards for his entrepreneurial efforts in the education sector in Pune, India including one from the University of Pune and a Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Rotary Club of Pune Nagar Road.
