In 2004, Dr. Browning suffered a stroke that left her without the ability to read, write or speak. This speech to the American Heart Association outlines how she overcame the stroke to finish her book, continue to run Emergenetics International and gain a new outlook on the brain and communication work she’s been involved in for most of her life.
